American Library Association, PEN America say “blatantly unconstitutional” legislation would violate students’ First Amendment rights.

Banning classic books, fluoride and plant foods labeled "milk" or "meat" together with curbing teen violence, regulating drone use, instituting tax breaks for veterans and lowering the age for organ donation — these are just some of the bills local lawmakers will be working on during the 60-day legislative session that starts Tuesday.
