As vaccinations increase and the positivity rate decreases, mask restrictions ease. Mayor aims for 70 percent vaccination of eligible population to rescind mask mandate.

Beginning Monday, Florida residents 40 and older will be eligible to get a Covid-19 vaccine. The following Monday, anyone 18 and up can also get it. Plus, the state will allow 16 and 17 year olds to get only the Pfizer vaccine.

Beginning Monday at 9 a.m., Orange County residents between the ages of 40-59 can register for Covid-19 vaccine appointments at the Orange County Convention Center’s drive-thru site.
